Full Event Planning:

At E&B Event Decor, we offer a complete event planning package that includes everything from vendor selection to budget management, to event concept development and style. We will guide you and stay with you throughout the entire duration of the planning process and on the day of the event.

Starting at $4,000.00

Partial Event Planning:

This is a perfect option for those who already secured their venue and majority of their vendors. However, you still require assistance navigating through the unknowns. We will be there to communicate with vendors, venue, itinerary preparation, walkthrough and other details associated with an upcoming event.

Starting at $2,400.00

Month Of Event Planning:

All the planning stages should be finalized by that time. Our goal is to review and update: Vendor Timeline, Itinerary, Floorplan, Dietary restrictions, Payments to vendors, Rehearsal and Final details summary. Overseeing+Management of the day, Point of contact for all vendors, Executing event details.

Starting at $1,500.00

Lead Designer Fee:

Designer is present on-site for 10-12 hours, assisting and guiding the decorating crew for the entire duration of the decorating services project.


(This fee will be automatically added to any decorating project).

Order Preparation Fee:

Our crew takes great care and invests numerous hours to prepare your décor order . This includes: supplier communication, product order, cleaning services, product inspection, product pickup, research, designing stages and packaging.

$1,200.00 (40-45hrs)

(This fee will be automatically added to any decorating project).

In-Person Consultations Fee:

All in-person consultations will be billed prior to the meeting.

Hourly rate: $75.00+HST

(This fee will be incorporated into the Décor Package if booked.)

Virtual Consultations:

First 30 minutes are free.

Quote Preparation Fee:

We are happy to provide a custom quote for your upcoming event. Before you ask for a detailed breakdown, we suggest you visit our website to review our Minimum Sample Package and its options. To design a quote, it requires about 2.5 hours. We add images and detailed explanations of all the décor components.

Fee: $187.50+HST

(This fee will be incorporated into the Décor Package if booked.)

Walk-through/Site Inspections Fee:

Visiting a venue is an important part of the event planning and event design process. We are happy to attend a meeting to review the venue and make valuable suggestions and share our expertise on how to décorate and enhance the beauty of the space.

Fee: $225.00+fuel+HST


If you are renting our glassware, tablecloths, napkins, draping, accessories, arches, easels, tableware or other items, a retainer of $300.00 will be added to your contract. The fee will be used in case any of the rental items are damaged, stolen or misplaced. Whatever items are damaged/missing/stolen, their original replacement cost will be calculated and subtracted from the retainer. If these damages exceed the $300.00 retainer, the credit card on file will be used and the client will be invoiced within the next business day. Even if the venue or a vendor are responsible for damaging these rental items, the client will be still obligated to pay these damages.

Credit Card Fee:

All credit card payments will be accompanied by a 2% surcharge that will be added to the total bill.

Centerpiece Sample Fee:

Creation of a sample. We welcome your request to design a centerpiece sample before the event. One sample will be produced for this purpose. Complexity of the design, types of flowers and labour will be calculated and based on this, you will be given a sample fee.
